The prices for accommodation are subdivided especially in winter and summer. And always in the apartment TOP8 and TOP15. TOP apartment is for non-smokers and it is not possible to have a dog or other animals.

WINTER RATES 2024/2025

  •  The prices are valid for the apartment / day
  •  End cleaning = 69€ (TOP 8) / 59€ (TOP 15) - another Pers. 15,- €
  •  Local Tax = Adult / Day = 3,99 €, € 
  •  In the price is included Swimming pool daily from 08:00 -20:00
  •  Sauna 4 nights a week, bed linen, towels, WIFI

During the high winter season, only weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday.

Kid’s snow action

  •  7 overnight stays
  •  Free 3-Täler ski pass for 6 days (for the children)
  •  Free ski class for 4 days (for the children)
  •  In the price is included Swimming pool daily from 08:00 -20:00
  •  Free participation at the kid\'s ski programme

Cancelation policy

The Austrian Hotel Regulations’ conditions apply. Cancellation up to three months before the stay that was booked is free, in case a reservation is cancelled later than that or in case you depart early we charge the full rate if the apartment  remain empty. In order to spare you any inconvenience we recommend to order a  cancellation insurance.

Storno

  •  Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
  •  From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we will charge 40 % of the price
  •  From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price
  •  To save costs, we recommend to get a travel cancellation insurance
